OBSERVANCE OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN PUBLIC HEALTH UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF MARTIAL STATUS

Purpose: to analyze the system of human rights in the field of public health. Consider the problems that arise with the application of human rights in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. To investigate the law-making activity of the government of Ukraine under martial law.
Materials and Methods. The research was based on the analysis of legal documents, internet resources and literary sources. Applied methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization and systematization of literary sources.
Results. The application of human rights in the field of public health in a state of war is a complex and multifaceted problem, as a military conflict can cause serious challenges to ensure and protect human rights and dignity.
Conclusions. Preserving the health of the population is a priority area of activity for the government, international organizations, public associations and all those who strive to ensure the well-being and quality of life of people. The health of the population is the main component of sustainable development, as it affects the social, economic and ecological development of the country.
According to international standards and humanitarian law, the observance of human rights in the field of public health during war is mandatory for all parties to the conflict.
The legislative framework developed during the war can become the basis for improving the quality of medical care, protecting the rights and dignity of citizens, as well as ensuring the sustainable development of the health care system.
