Purpose: study of the features of social programs in the conditions of a full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine and their areas of application.
Materials and Methods. In the research process, general scientific and special research methods were used: theoretical generalization, the method of comparative analysis, classification and grouping, statistical comparison and generalization.
Results. The conflict in Ukraine, which began in 2014, has led to a humanitarian crisis and economic decline in certain regions of the country. During this period, the government of Ukraine began to implement social programs to support the population affected by the war. The full-scale invasion of Russia in February 2022 became a test not only for the country's security, but also for its social sphere. The Government of Ukraine has introduced a number of social programs to help military personnel, the wounded, their families, families of fallen soldiers, forced migrants and people affected by war in general.
Social programs during the war in Ukraine aim to provide all necessary support for the population affected by the conflict and loss of ability to work. The article examines the role of social programs during the war and their importance for providing humanitarian aid and support for vulnerable population groups. It analyzes various aspects of humanitarian intervention, such as program development, coordination and assessment of the impact on the social status of the population during conflict. The article also examines the roles of public organizations, international humanitarian organizations and government institutions in the implementation of social programs and their joint mission in ensuring a decent quality of life for war victims.
Current social protection programs for victims of military operations are characterized; the provision of material aid from a number of foreign countries and organizations is described.
Conclusions. Wartime social programs play a critical role in providing humanitarian aid and support to vulnerable populations. These programs are a key tool for alleviating suffering and restoring a decent quality of life during conflict. Civil society organizations, international humanitarian organizations and government agencies must work together to ensure effective implementation and coordination of social programs to improve the lives of those most in need during wartime.
