MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS AS ONE OF THE TOOLS FOR ACHIEVING THE GOALS OF THE MANAGEMENT MODEL OF THE REGIONAL ORGAN DONATION AND TRANSPLANTATION SYSTEM

Purpose: to substantiate the content of the main management functions as a tool for the implementation of the management goals of the modern model of the regional system of organ donation and transplantation.
Materials and Methods. To achieve the goal, the work used general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, interpretation of scientific data, as well as systemic and structural-functional approaches in determining the management functions of the regional system of organ donation and transplantation.
Results. The development of organ transplantation technologies around the world confidently proves that they are life-saving and irreplaceable. Ukrainian health care needs professional managers who are able to initiate and implement new ideas, develop a strategy for the development of medical business, think practically and pragmatically while ensuring the reform of the medical field in Ukraine.
For the modern conceptual regional system of organ donation and transplantation, the article substantiates the content of the management functions of this model as a tool for implementing the goals of model management and achieving results. It is shown that the management function is a set of actions designed to create real conditions to achieve planned goals. With the help of management functions, the implementation of established planned tasks is ensured in order to implement the adopted strategy of the organization's development.
The content of the main management functions of the modern model of the regional system substantiated in the article can be a training program for professionals of the new generation in the field of health care management.
