Opportunities (continuity of financing, assistance of the municipality; continuity of financing, assistance of the municipality; blood donation and activity of the Kyiv City Blood Center; volunteer assistance; availability of online trainings) and threats (providing medical care in life-threatening conditions; lack of medicines, reagents and equipment; limitations of laboratory diagnostics; adverse environmental factors, stress) highlighted.

Conclusion. Awareness of a number of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and obstacles is necessary to organize adequate needs for medical care in difficult martial law and operational management in conditions of uncertainty and change.
