Purpose: the introduction of a corporate type of insurance for health care workers, which will bring the field of social insurance to a high level.
Materials and Methods. The article used such methods as historical, legal, comparative-legal system-structural and forecasting methods. The work also carried out a content analysis of the necessary documents on the subject under investigation.
Results. In order to further develop corporate health insurance for health care workers, the author proposed to formulate a modern model of corporate health insurance for health care workers. This model will aim to reduce the turnover of highly qualified personnel, it is necessary to offer adequate social protection to health workers and their family members. Due to the fact that staff turnover is a serious problem that not only slows down the development of the enterprise, but also requires significant time spent on finding, hiring and adapting new employees, corporate insurance should reduce it. It is the corporate insurance programs specially developed by insurance companies that should help solve the mentioned problem regarding the insurance of health care workers. At the same time, we need support at the state level through the adoption of relevant regulatory acts by state executive authorities for such an important and extremely relevant experiment of introducing corporate health insurance for health care workers. That is why we consider it expedient to propose the “Concept for the development of corporate health insurance for health care workers”.
Conclusion. In order to formulate a unified position on the definition of corporate health insurance, in our opinion, it would be appropriate to formulate the author’s determinant of corporate health insurance for health care workers, which should be understood as social relations that arise during the implementation of health care worker insurance and , which arise between the insured (the insurance company and the head of the health care facility) and the insured person (the health care worker) and which give rise to the provision of medical services in the event of an insured event.
