STANDARD AND LEGAL REGULATION OF THE SCIENTIFIC AND INFORMATION-ANALYTICAL ACCOMPANIMENT IN THE FIELD OF PUBLIC HEALTH

Purpose: to analyze the current legal base of the standard and legal regulation of the scientific and information-analytical accompaniment organization of the state authorities which establish public policy in the field of public health.
Materials and Methods. Biblio-semantic, structural-logical analysis, systems approach and analysis.
Results. The standard and legal documents regarding the regulation of the scientific and information-analytical accompaniment organization of the state authorities that form public policy in the field of public health were analyzed: Law of Ukraine “Fundamentals of Legislation of Ukraine on Health Care”, Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population”, Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Population from Infectious Diseases”, Law of Ukraine “On Counteracting the Spread of Human Immunodeficiency Virus), and legal and social protection of people living with HIV”, the Law of Ukraine “On Combating Tuberculosis”, the Rules of Sanitary Protection of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (CMU).
Conclusions. The article reveals the current state and essence of the legislative and standard regulatory legislation of the scientific and information-analytical organization support of the public authorities of Ukraine, which establish public policy in the field of public health.
