MAIN TRENDS AND FORECAST ESTIMATES OF MORTALITY AND MORPHOSIS OF ONCOGYNECOLOGICAL PATHOLOGY IN WOMEN OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE IN UKRAINE AND TERNOPIL REGION

Purpose: to study the trend of morbidity and mortality from malignant neoplasms of female reproductive organs until 2023.
Materials and Methods. The data of the National Cancer Registry of Ukraine for 2010-2020 are analyzed. Bibliosemantic, epidemiological, analytical research methods are used.
Results. The article presents data on morbidity and mortality of oncogynecological pathologies of reproductive organs - breast, cervix and uterine body for 2010-2020. As a result of research it is shown that by 2023 there may be an increase in the incidence of female reproductive cancer in Ukraine, in particular, breast cancer from 60.3 to 69.4 per 100 thousand female population, uterine body cancer from 29.4 to 40.4 per 100 thousand female population and cervical cancer from 16.2 to 20.1 per 100 thousand female population.
Mortality from breast cancer in Ukraine by 2023 in Ukraine may increase by 17.5 % compared to 2020, in Ternopil region - decrease by 7.7 % (25.4 per 100 thousand women), which is practically not will change compared to 2010 - 24.9 per 100 thousand female population. Mortality from uterine cancer may increase to 12.3% in Ukraine and in the Ternopil region by 6.3 %, respectively, from cervical cancer may increase by 14.7 % in Ukraine, and decrease by 11.1 % in the Ternopil region.
Conclusions. Among women of reproductive age in Ukraine and in particular in the Ternopil region until 2023 there is a tendency to increase the incidence and mortality of breast cancer, uterine cancer and cervical cancer.
