STRATEGIC PLANNING OF BUSINESS ACTIVITY OF THE DENTAL CENTER ORGANIZED ON THE PRINCIPLES OF PUBLIC PARTNERSHIP

Purpose: to substantiate scientifically the methodology of strategic planning in a dental medical center based on the principles of public-private partnership.
Materials and Methods. The method of strategic planning in the dental center was developed on the basis of a systematic approach and system analysis using information-analytical method. The information base for its formation was the scientific works of specialists in the organization and management of health care, as well as the results of their own research. Results. The article presents the methodology of strategic planning of business – activities of the dental center on the principles of public-private partnership, which includes a sequence of planning stages, a schedule and monitoring of their implementation. The proposed methodology creates organizational and methodological conditions for conducting strategic management and contributes to the economic efficiency of the center’s activities. The methodology is especially important for centers on the principles of public-private partnership, since their activities are aimed primarily at meeting the needs of the population in a wide range of services necessary to maintain dental health.
Conclusions. The proposed methodology for strategic planning of business processes will be used in the development of an optimized functional and organizational model of the dental center, which operates on the principles of public-private partnership.
