Purpose. To study the features of anamnesis of reproductive age women with a tuboperitoneal form of infertility.
Materials and methods. Was analyzed the medical documentation of 121th reproductive age patients with tuboperitoneal infertility who applied for the treatment of infertility using ART methods and 50 gynecologically healthy women. Data on somatic, reproductive and gynecological history, age and social status were assessed.
Results. Analysis of the somatic anamnesis of the examined women showed that women with tubal-peritoneal infertility significantly more likely sufferув from inflammatory processes of the urogenital system; chronic diseases of the respiratory system. A significant proportion of patients with infertility noted the presence of pain during menstruation, and abundant menstruation.
The most common in the examined patients were inflammatory diseases of the vagina (53.7%) and pelvic organs (77.7%), almost half of the patients had repeated episodes of this pathology (45.7%). Every fourth examined patient was operated on pelvic organs in the past (26.5%). Only 26.5% of patients with infertility gave birth, and in the control group - 60.0% (p <0.05), and the frequency of spontaneous miscarriages was four times higher (16.5% compared to 4.0%). , p <0.05).
Conclusions. A history of inflammatory diseases of the urinary and reproductive system, chronic diseases of the respiratory system, spontaneous abortions and ectopic pregnancy, surgical interventions on the pelvic organs, abundant and painful menstruation are the risk factors for the development of tubal-peritoneal infertility.
