Fundamental principles of development of standards in postgraduate education are stated. New approaches in creation of standards which are based on principles of self- education, expansion of production functions, applications of information technologies and socially- professional competency are offered. The taking into account in standards of a workplace requirements, a trade as a whole, society and features of continuous professional development of doctors is proved.Downloads
