Abstract

The article analyzes the procedure of implementation of information system of recording for consultation patients to specialists - health workers. It was shown the feasibility of an infor mation system selfrecor ding patients on admission. Are limited prospects improve quality of care through the implementation of the rights of patients to the same account.
