САМОСПРИЙНЯТТЯ СТАНУ ЗДОРОВ’Я КЕРІВНИКАМИ ОРГАНІВ ТА ЗАКЛАДІВ ОХОРОНИ ЗДОРОВ’Я ЯК ЧИННИК УПРАВЛІНСЬКОЇ СПРОМОЖНОСТІ Й КАДРОВОЇ СТІЙКОСТІ МЕДИЧНОЇ ГАЛУЗІ (ЗА РЕЗУЛЬТАТАМИ СОЦІОЛОГІЧНОГО ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ)

Мета: ідентифікація ключових характеристик самосприйняття стану здоров’я керівниками закладів охорони здоров’я та обґрунтування його ролі як чинника управлінської спроможності і кадрової стійкості в умовах трансформацій системи охорони здоров’я. Матеріали і методи. Проведено кількісне одноразове опитування n=327 керівників Львівської області (Р=83,4 % від генеральної сукупності) за репрезентативної вибірки (SE=1,12 %, Е=±2,2 %, p < 0,001). Дані збиралися авторською анкетою, орієнтованою на виявлення медичних станів, переважно серцево-судинної патології, а обробка проведена за допомогою MS Excel із застосуванням медико-статистичних методів та системного аналізу. Результати. Виявлено дисбаланс у кадровому забезпеченні сільських територій (Р=91,1% керівників працюють у містах), тоді як у гендерному складі переважають жінки (Р=70,6%), а віковий розподіл охоплює продуктивні групи, що дає змогу розраховувати на міжгенераційний обмін досвідом і водночас потребує індивідуального підходу до профілактики хронічних захворювань. Доведено, що близько Р=66,7% оцінюють своє здоров’я як добре та відмінне, а Р=25,7% – як задовільне, що вказує на можливі ризики, пов’язані з професійним стресом і віковими змінами. Найпоширеніші медичні стани у здорових респондентів свідчать про обмежену діагностичну обізнаність у стані власного здоров’я серед управлінців. Установлені кластери ризику (кардіометаболічний, атеросклеротичний і кластер недостатнього обстеження) засвідчують наявність структурованих груп медичних загроз, що потенційно впливають на функціональну спроможність та довготривалу працездатність керівників у сфері охорони здоров’я, тоді як обрахований індекс здоров’я HSI ≈ 0,77 свідчить про помірно добрий загальний стан керівників. Усе це у цілому засвідчує недооцінку управлінцями серйозності власного стану здоров’я та вказує на потребу в підвищенні медичної обізнаності щодо особистих ризиків у здоров’ї. Висновки. Отримані результати мають прикладну цінність як аналітична основа для вдосконалення кадрової політики в охороні здоров’я, сприяючи реалізації нормативних вимог та формуванню стратегій підтримки управлінської спроможності на засадах збереження здоров’я, профілактики вигорання й забезпечення життєздатності керівників і кадрової стійкості медичної галузі.
