Ос обливості пошкоджувальної дії хронічного стресу на серце щурів різної статі

Досліджено вплив хронічного пренатального, постнатального стресу та їх комбінації на показники пероксидного окиснення ліпідів, Na+,K+-АТ Фази, аспартат- і аланінамінотрансферази, морфологічну структуру серця щурів різної статі. Виявлено збільшення продуктів пероксидного окиснення ліпідів незалежновід стресу, підвищення активності Na+,K+-АТ Фази в самців і дисбаланс в її роботі у самиць, зростання аланінамінотрансферази в самців. Найбільше некрозів відмічено при постнатальному стресі в серці самців, при комбінованому – в самиць.
