ОКСИТОЦИН: ЕФЕКТИ Й РИЗИКИ У ВАГІТНОЇ ЖІНКИ

Мета дослідження – проаналізувати дані літератури щодо властивостей широко вживаного в акушерській і гінекологічній практиці препарату “окситоцин”. Доведено його роль нейромедіатора із суттєвим впливом майже на всі органи та системи, на соціальну, поведінкову, ментальну реакції особистостей. В акушерській практиці його призначають за протоколом, але багато деталей суперечать даним інструкцій до препарату. Практика та дані літератури свідчать про необхідність подальших досліджень щодо мінімальних ефективних доз, шляху введення, впливу окситоцину на матір і плід.
Висновок. Необхідність впровадження питання пошуку оптимальних схем окситоцину, які дозволять мінімізувати ризики гіперстимуляції, забезпечуючи при цьому ефективність терапії.
