РОЛЬ КУРАТОРА У ПРОФЕСІЙНОМУ ТА ОСОБИСТІСНОМУ РОЗВИТКУ ЗДОБУВАЧА ВИЩОЇ МЕДИЧНОЇ ОСВІТИ

Анотація. У статті комплексно розглянуто роль куратора у професійному та особистісному розвитку здобувачів вищої медичної освіти в умовах сучасних суспільних викликів, зокрема воєнного стану в Україні. Здійснено теоретичний аналіз науково-педагогічних джерел, нормативних документів та практик кураторської діяльності у медичних університетах, а також надано приклади з реальної практики. Визначено основні напрями роботи куратора: адаптаційний, виховний, психолого-підтримувальний і профілактичний. Підкреслено стратегічне значення куратора як наставника, медіатора та морального орієнтира, який сприяє формуванню у здобувачів професійних компетентностей, гуманістичних цінностей, стресостійкості та відповідального ставлення до майбутньої лікарської діяльності. Окрему увагу приділено ролі куратора у запобіганні булінгу, підтримці психологічного добробуту студентів і розвитку цифрової взаємодії в умовах дистанційного навчання. Обґрунтовано, що ефективна кураторська діяльність є наріжним і стратегічним чинником формування професійно компетентної, морально зрілої й соціально відповідальної особистості майбутнього медичного фахівця.
