Definition lipid-lowering, anti-atherogenic and anti-hypertensive effects of tablets «gliphasonorm» and capsules «gliphasolin» on the model of streptozotocin-induced diabetes in rats

Abstract

SUMMARY. The conducted research allowed to determine that prolonged use in the treatment of animals type 2 diabetes mellitus tablets «Gliphasonorm» and capsules «Gliphasolin» contributed to the decrease in the concentration of serum total cholesterol and pro-atherogenic LDL-cholesterol, normalize the concentration of serum HDL cholesterol and systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Capsules «Gliphasolin» showed a more pronounced lipid-lowering, anti-atherogenic and anti-hypertensive effects in models type 2 diabetes mellitus than tablets «Gliphasonorm» and metformin. Capsules «Gliphasolin» and tablets «Gliphasonorm» based bioflavonoid beans complex from are promising in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus on the background of obesity, as not only affect carbohydrate, and lipid metabolism.
