Publication Fees

Publishing articles in the journal is completely free of charge for all authors. The editorial board does not charge any fees for submission, peer review, or publication of materials, regardless of their length.

All submitted manuscripts are accepted for publication solely based on the results of successful peer review, provided they strictly comply with the journal's guidelines and the principles of academic integrity.

Authors are not required to provide additional certificates regarding their academic status, funding source, or financial confirmation—all submissions are evaluated on a general basis
