Requirements for article design
Previously unpublished scholarly articles, reviews of new editions, reports on academic events and activities that fall within the journal’s scope and reflect the current state of science are accepted for publication.
A manuscript is written in Microsoft Word. Font – Times New Roman, size – 14, line spacing – 1.5, margins – all 2 cm, indention – 1.25 cm. The use of spaces or tabs for paragraph formatting is not permitted. Hyphens are prohibited in the text. Pages are not numbered.
Article structure:
- UDC.
- ORCID (if unavailable, authors should register at https://orcid.org/)
- Initials and surname(s) of the author(s) in Ukrainian (lowercase, bold).
- Affiliation: name of institution, city (lowercase, regular font).
- E-mail for correspondence.
- Article title in Ukrainian (lowercase, bold).
- Structured abstract (in Ukrainian).
- Keywords (in Ukrainian).
- Main text of the article structured as follows:
Introduction (a new paragraph).
Research purpose.
Materials and methods of research (a new paragraph).
Research findings and their discussion (a new paragraph).
Conclusions (a new paragraph).
- List of bibliographical references.
- Initials and surname(s) of the author(s) in English (lowercase, bold).
- Affiliation: name of institution, city in English (lowercase, regular font).
- Article title in English (lowercase, bold).
- Structured abstract (in English).
- Keywords (in English).
- References.
When formatting publications, indicate:
Funding (source of funding);
Compliance of surveys/research/treatment with bioethics standards (bioethics committee protocol);
Author contributions according to CrediT;
Conflicts of interest;
Data availability statement;
The list of bibliographical references is arranged in the order of in-text citation (indicated by numbers in square brackets) and formatted in accordance with DSTU 8302:2015 “Information and Documentation. Bibliographic Reference. General Provisions and Rules of Compilation”.
The References section is submitted in accordance with APA style (American Psychological Association).

To improve the quality of scholarly citations, it is mandatory to include the DOI for each source in References (if available).
