Анотація

РЕЗЮМЕ. Завдяки вираженій антисептичній, противірусній, бактерицидній і фунгіцидній активності у поєднанні зі специфічними ольфакторними властивостями, ефірні олії тривалий час становлять науково-практичний інтерес для медичної та фармацевтичної галузей. Matthiola incana серії Katz (матіола сива) є перспективною однорічною культурою з укороченим вегетаційним періодом, що формує прямостоячі пагони заввишки до 80 см із духмяними махровими суцвіттями та виявляє високу толерантність до підвищених температур і фітопатогенів.

Мета дослідження – якісна ідентифікація та кількісне визначення компонентного профілю летких сполук у рослинній сировині Matthiola incana Katz.

Матеріали та методи. Об’єктом аналізу слугували квітки M. incana Katz, заготовлені у фазі масового цвітіння влітку 2025 року на території Хмельницької області. Компонентний склад та кількісний вміст летких метаболітів досліджували методом газової хромато-мас-спектрометрії (ГХ/МС).

Результати. За допомогою ГХ/МС-аналізу у досліджуваній сировині ідентифіковано 23 індивідуальні леткі сполуки. Хімічний профіль квіток матіоли визначався превалюванням таких компонентів як фенілетиловий спирт (696,51 мкг/г) та диметилтрисульфід (685,23 мкг/г). Крім того, зафіксовано суттєві концентрації пара-цимену (163,39 мкг/г), евгенолу (133,13 мкг/г) та α-фарнезену (48,26 мкг/г).

Висновки. Збалансоване поєднання біологічно активних речовин різних хімічних класів у квітках M. incana Katz засвідчує високий фітохімічний потенціал сировини. Даний таксон є перспективним джерелом для одержання фітосубстанцій із протизапальними, антимікробними, антиоксидантними та іншими видами фармакологічної дії.
