ЗМІНИ ФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ АКТИВНОСТІ МІОКАРДА У ТВАРИН РІЗНОЇ СТАТІ, ЯКІ ЗАЗНАЛИ ХРОНІЧНОГО СТРЕСУ

В роботі досліджено вплив хронічного пренатального, постнатального стресів та їх поєднання на показники електрокардіограми та автономний баланс серцевого ритму в щурів різної статі. Постнатальний стрес призводить до порушення процесів автоматизму, збудливості та провідності у самців, збільшення
реполяризації шлуночків у самиць. Пренатальний і постнатальний стреси у самців призводять до зменшення симпатичних впливів автономної нервової системи гуморальними каналами. При пренатальному стресі у самців підвищується, а у самиць – послаблюються парасимпатичні впливи.
