НЕКОТОРЫЕ БИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ БАЗАЛЬНОПОДОБНОГО РАКА МОЛОЧНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ ЮГО-ВОСТОКА УКРАИНЫ

Современные схемы лечения больных раком молочной железы (РМЖ) должны учитывать молекулярно-генетический тип опухоли. Для выявления агрессивных опухолей в медицинской практике оценивают маркер пролиферации Ki-67 и р53, но отсутствуют данные о их прогностическом значение у больных базальноподобным раком молочной железы (БР МЖ), прожива-
ющих на юго-востоке Украины. Для низкодифференцированных опухолей характерна высокая степень митотической активности. В пациентов с БР МЖ в каждой возрастной группе превалирует экспрессия Кі-67≤30 %. У больных БР МЖ в более 50 % выявляется инфильтрирующий протоковый рак. Больные БР МЖ на юго-востоке Украины страдают избыточной массой тела.
