INNOVATIVE METHODS OF OBJECTIVE EXAMINATION WITH COMPUTER TESTING ARE IN THE EVOLUTION OF THE REGISTRATION OF PHYSICAL PHENOMENA BY A THERAPEUTIC PROFILE DOCTOR: HISTORY, REALITY, PERSPECTIVES

Abstract

Background. Since XXI century is the era of electronics and the rapid development of physics and mathematics, scientific and technological progress, then the algorithms of clinical examination of patients should be reviewed in accordance with modern scientific achievements and technical capabilities. The authors raise the problem of the need for a paradigmatic transformation of a number of issues of medicine in accordance with modern discoveries of physics and biology of the human body. The data of the history of scientific development of bioenergetics scientific direction are given in the article. The essence of the publication: This is to demonstrate the feasibility of the scientific and technical possibility of applying a number of innovative methods to computerized modernization of the diagnostic search for a therapeutic profile doctor at the present stage in order to increase the objectification and quality of the examination of patients in the clinic of internal diseases.

Materials and methods. The analysis of literature data was carried out in the course of conducting a search study of methods for express assessment of valeological status. This is a fragment of the initiative research work «Development of algorithms and technology for introducing a healthy lifestyle in patients with NCDs based on the study of psycho-emotional status" (State registration No. 0116U007798).

Results. It was noted the presence of a significant reservoir of new scientific knowledge from the field of biophysics and biology, which deepen the fundamental knowledge about the organization and functioning of the human body and confirm the presence of the bioelectromagnetic component in the human body during the literature review.

Conclusions. The basis of scientific knowledge is available for the need to change the paradigm approach to the assessment of the bio-electromagnetic component of the human body in modern medicine. It requires further integration into classical medicine and a revision of the paradigm in the pathogenesis and diagnosis of NCDs. Methods of gas discharge visualization and segmental diagnostics are relevant and it deserves further scientific research.
