Abstract

Conception determines the general basis of health system informatization, its aim, principles, general architecture, basic stages and its program.  Also there is described the logic of creation and structure of the state single health informational  system. The questions of management, resource providing and accompaniment of the single informational health system, adjusting of pharmaceutical market, expected socio-economic effect and other questions are presented.
