Анотація

Гострий коронарний синдром (ГКС) є однією з провідних причин смерті в світі. Розвиток гострої ішемії міокарда супроводжується порушеннями ритму серця (ПРС), особливо в умовах коморбідності. У більшості хворих (до 80%) ІМ розвивається на тлі артеріальної гіпертензії (АГ), а у 50 % - цукровий діабет (ЦД).
