РОЛЬ ШТУЧНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ ТА ТЕЛЕМЕДИЦИНИ В УПРАВЛІННІ ХРОНІЧНИМИ ЗАХВОРЮВАННЯМИ

Анотація. У статті здійснено комплексний аналіз можливостей інтеграції штучного інтелекту та телемедицини щодо управління хронічними захворюваннями. Розглянуто потенціал телемедичних технологій для дистанційного надання медичної допомоги, моніторингу стану пацієнтів і підвищення доступності медичних послуг, особливо для населення віддалених місцевостей. Проаналізовано можливості використання алгоритмів штучного інтелекту для обробки великих масивів медичних даних, підтримки клінічних рішень, прогнозування перебігу захворювань та персоналізації лікування. Показано, що інтеграція телемедицини з технологіями машинного навчання та предиктивного моделювання сприяє формуванню нових підходів до управління хронічними захворюваннями, включаючи системи дистанційного моніторингу, аналіз біометричних показників та автоматизовану інтерпретацію клінічної інформації.
Водночас акцентовано увагу на проблематиках, пов’язаних із забезпеченням конфіденційності медичних даних, довірою до алгоритмів штучного інтелекту, якістю інформації та необхідністю збереження провідної ролі лікаря в ухваленні відповідних клінічних рішень. У висновках підкреслюється, що синергія телемедицини та штучного інтелекту створює передумови для формування більш доступної, ефективної та персоналізованої системи медичної допомоги при хронічних захворюваннях.
