ВИКЛИКИ ЩОДО ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ШТУЧНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ В СИСТЕМІ ОХОРОНИ ЗДОРОВ’Я

Анотація. У статті досліджено сучасні виклики, пов’язані з впровадженням технологій штучного інтелекту в систему охорони здоров’я. Проаналізовано роль штучного інтелекту у розвитку персоналізованої медицини, мобільної охорони здоров’я та підвищенні ефективності діагностики й лікування хронічних захворювань. Розглянуто основні напрями застосування штучного інтелекту, зокрема аналіз медичних даних, підтримку клінічних рішень, прогнозування перебігу захворювань і використання мобільних медичних застосунків. Особливу увагу приділено проблемам і ризикам інтеграції штучного інтелекту, серед яких: забезпечення конфіденційності та безпеки персональних даних пацієнтів, відсутність стандартизованих методів оцінювання ефективності цифрових медичних технологій, недостатня відтворюваність результатів, обмежена узагальнювальна здатність моделей та високі вимоги до обчислювальних ресурсів.
Окреслено етичні аспекти використання штучного інтелекту, включаючи забезпечення прозорості алгоритмів, відповідальності, справедливості та захисту автономії пацієнтів.
Узагальнено підходи до подолання виявлених викликів, зокрема впровадження стандартів обробки даних, використання синтетичних даних, розробку освітніх програм для медичних працівників та формування нормативно-правової бази. Визначено перспективи широкого впровадження штучного інтелекту у сфері охорони здоров’я як інструменту підвищення якості медичної допомоги та ефективності управління здоров’ям населення.
