СПЕКТРОФОТОМЕТРИЧНЕ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ФЛАВОНОЇДІВ У СУЦВІТТЯХ TAGETES PATULA L. СОРТУ “SUPER HERO ORANGE FLAME”

Анотація

Вступ. Поширеною традицією в Україні є культивування рослин роду Tagetes (Чорнобривці) з декоративною метою та як джерела біологічно активних речовин. Переважно вирощують T. erecta L. (чорнобривці прямостоячі), T. patula L. (чорнобривці розлогі) та T. tenuifolia L. (чорнобривці вузьколисті). Незважаючи на обсяг накопичених дослідниками знань щодо різних сортів, майже не вивчено склад рослин окремих нових сортів T. patula L., зокрема сорту “Super Hero Orange Flame” (виробник “Benary”, Німеччина). В попередніх наших дослідженнях для рослин цього сорту встановлено високий вміст каротиноїдів. Мета дослідження – виявити і визначити кількісний вміст флавоноїдів у суцвіттях рослин Tagetes рatula L. сорту “Super Hero Orange Flame”. Методи дослідження. Об’єктом дослідження слугували повітряно-сухі суцвіття культивованих рослин виду T. рatula L. сорту “Super Hero Orange Flame”. Для ідентифікації та визначення вмісту суми флавоноїдів у суцвіттях рослин застосовували метод спектрофотометрії. Результати й обговорення. Спектральні дослідження екстрактів суцвіть чорнобривців розчинами етанолу різної концентрації та водного настою суцвіть свідчать про наявність у сировині суми фенольних сполук, зокрема флавоноїдів. Оптимальним екстрагентом є 70% етанол. Вміст суми флавоноїдів у перерахунку на гіперозид на суху речовину становить 1,492 ± 0,026%. Висновки. 1. Адаптована методика кількісного визначення суми флавоноїдів у перерахунку на гіперозид у суцвіттях рослин Tagetes patula L. сорту “Super Hero Orange Flame” є валідною щодо лінійності. 2. Спектрофотометричним дослідженням суцвіть рослин Tagetes patula L. сорту “Super Hero Orange Flame”, зібраних під час цвітіння (Чернівці, Україна), встановлено наявність флавоноїдів. 3. Вміст суми флавоноїдів у суцвіттях Tagetes patula L. сорту «Super Hero Orange Flame» становить 1,492 ± 0,026% на суху речовину (в перерахунку на гіперозид).
