Abstract

We investigated the staging of adrenaline-calcium model of cardiosclerosis and its correction by quercetin. Pathology is accompanied by the development of oxidative, carbonyl, nitrooxidative stress,increase of oxide modification of proteins and changes in myocardial antioxidant protection. Quercetin creates a cardioprotective effect, increases antioxidant protection.
